can't see tools or widgets

  Hi, we can’t see tools or widgets in side blog admin, do we need to upgrade our plan to be able to see them? we are already on Premium plan. If we are not supposed to have tools how can we move our blog to a third party host? how do we access import/export option?

  Hi there,

  Which blog are you having problems with? Depending on what level of user you are set at, you may not have access to those areas of the Dashboard. Let me know which blog you’re talking about, and I’ll take a look and see what might be causing the issue!
