Can’t see visual editor or HTML editor tabs in “posts”

When I am working on a post, I cannot see the tabs for “visual” editor and “html” editor to toggle between. In the forum, I see references made to visual editor, and I saw those two tabs on a video tutorial before I started my blog, but I don’t see the tab options on my screen. I’ve been in Safari and Firefox to see if I can see the tabs, but can’t in either one. I have another question but if I learn the answer to this one, maybe I’ll be able to figure out my second question on my own!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In your dashboard, go to users > your profile and at the top, deselect “Disable the visual editor when writing” and then click “update profile” at the bottom of the page.

Thank you so much. I’ve been looking at tutorials/forums/etc. for hours over the period of two days, and then after sending my question, found it within ten minutes by looking for something else. But, had I not, I’d be doing exactly what you wrote. Thank you again. Now I’ll try to answer my second question on my own with your help to the first one!
