Can't see website when logged out

  When I’m logged in and go to my website it looks as usual.
  However when I log out and then go to my website, these are the screens I see:
  http://jglobalinstitute.org/en
  http://jglobalinstitute.org
  (English and Japanese homepages)
  what could be causing the problem? what should I do?

  Hi there
  The blog achlulishatuli.wordpress.com appears to be untouched since its creation on March 23 2015. If you have a different one that you are referring to, it would be very helpful if you told us what it is, and what the domain is.

  Do you also own http://jglobalinstitute.org?
