Can’t seem to create a blog

    Dear,

    I have been trying to create a blog but the website keeps telling me there is something wrong and I couldn’t proceed. I had already deleted my account by mistake, then reached out to your support, which has reinstated by account again. Since then, I haven’t been able to create a blog. Your help would be much appreciated.

    Hi there,

    Please could you try:

    • Logging out of WordPress and logging back in
    • Using a different browser (if there’s one available)
    • Clearing cache and cookies
    • Disabling browser extensions
    • Updating your browser(s)
    • Using a different device (if there’s one available)

    Ask if you’re not sure how to do any of those steps.

    If that doesn’t solve it, please tell us:

    • The error message you’re given
    • What you were trying to do just before the error occurred (were you about to start the site? Had you just tried to create a domain?)
    • Whether this is your first site
    • If it isn’t, the URL(s) of the other site(s) on the account you’re posting from.

    Just so you know, this forum is for WordPress.com sites. If you want to create a site on WordPress.org, you’ll actually need to go to https://wordpress.org/support/forums for support.
    https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/ explains the difference.

    Hi there,

    Yes, as @writer0001 mentions, if you can provide the error message that you are receiving when you try to create a new site, that would be helpful. Also, I checked your account and see that your account was reinstated and there isn’t anything under your account that should prevent you from creating a new site, so I would log out of your account and back in to see if that helps.
