Can't seem to disable Auto- Renewal of Site Upgrade

  I no longer own “collectivetheater.org” nor do I wish to maintain it. I am happy reverting back to “cutheater.wordpress.com” and wish to do so. However, after logging into to WordPress and going to “upgrades” to deactivate auto renewal, it says “enable auto renewal” and gives me no option to disable it.

  Despite that it’s charged my card and renewed through 2016. How do I get this charge off my card and wordpress from charging me in the future?

  I have processed that refund for you and canceled the upgrade. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
