Can’t seem to do a page brake

  When I use the Hotkey Alt+Shift+P instead of a page brake my Windows Meida Player comes up instead. How can I do a page brake or create a first page tittle since I use my blog to post stories with lots of chapters and I don’t want to create a new post for each chapter?
