Can't seem to edit anything these days?

    I have two other websites, both powered by Mantra, hosted on my own server space, but now when I needed a new site, I don’t have server space for that site, so I went for the WordPress free option, they even supplied a free domain name, which is cool, and I choose the theme Twenty Sixteen, but for some reason I can’t edit anything.

    Too much space above header, no file names retrieved automatically from the file names in the pic gallery.
    And I can’t even search for plugins, like for example a CSS editor, or a cool gallery that retrieves file names and place them below the pictures.
    Heck, I can’t even edit the gallery.
    What has happened, all this worked with Mantra, but not Twenty Sixteen?
