Can't seem to find the XMLRPC setting

  I’m working on an android app to upload some posts on to my wordpress blog. And having trawled the internet, there’s meant to be a setting within the writing settings that would allow me to publish via XML-RPC. However for some reason or another, I can’t find that setting. Therefore I was wondering where could that setting be found? I’m not even sure what version of wordpress my wordpress.com blog is being hosted on. any help would be most gratefully received.

  Dashboard > Settings > Writing
  Down toward the bottom of the page under Remote Publishing

  Oops, I think I said that from the WordPress.org point of view. I think the XML-rpc is turned on by default on WordPress.com? See this support document http://en.support.wordpress.com/xml-rpc/.

  I was in one of my .org blogs when I first checked it, then remembered it was different for .com.

  That’s correct. XML-RPC is always enabled here at WordPress.com.
