Can’t seem to get in contact with support.

Hi,
I’ve sent 2 messages to the support group pertaining to important matters about my blog. I sent the first message somewhere along the time of 7:00 AM and sent the second message around 3:45 PM. I am really befuddled as to what is taking so long for the support group to respond and am a little irritated since I am in dire need of this certain situation being resolved. Currently it is 11:15 PM where I live and I still have yet to receive a response. Is there another way to get into contact with WordPress.com’s support group? If so, I would certainly like to know because I am truly beginning to dislike the fact that it takes this long to answer one question.

You expect a personalized response within 24 hours?
Having been a blogger here for more than two years, I can tell you that if you require a response in shorter time, you will probably need to pay for it.
The forum is staffed with volunteers who suggest solutions and workarounds. As a next level, you report things to staff. if both of those levels fail you, you may need to pay someone to administer your site.

If the question is non-sensitive, not password related, not money related, etc., then it might be answered by the volunteers on this forum. Usually, if it’s just a question and not needing to fix something, then there’s a lot of smart and long-time bloggers here that can answer it pretty quick.
