can’t seem to open my site

    I tried updating my site by activating an upgrade. Ever since, my site has gone ‘black’.
    In short, I (no one) can no longer see my online. Further, I can’t access my site at all to fix the issue. can anyone help please?

    Hey, thanks for responding. The original domain name was “kylmglobal.com”. We later changed the domain to “kylmny.com”. We received an UPDATE from WP and proceeded to update the site. Then, that’s it. We were not able to refer to the site since. Right now, attempts to go to site returns:

    ” This page isn’t working.

    Kylmny.com is currently unable to handle this request.

    HTTP ERROR 500 ”

    There also appear a RELOAD button; which simply reloads the same message.
    Would you be able to assist me, please? Thanks
