Can’t seem to upgrade payment plan error AXLZNE

Hi,
I’m having trouble purchasing the business plan. Every time I try to purchase I initially get the error AXLZNE. After this I get a pop-up stating purchases have been disabled, please contact support. But after contacting I get an automated message saying that they have reserved the right for me to upgrade my plan. Has anyone had this issue and what is the best way to resolve?
