Can’t select a plan

Hi. Every time I select a plan to purchase, I get an error page that says, ‘Something went wrong…Please go back and try again. If the problem continues, please contact our support team.’ I have tried multiple times and even closed out/logged back into my account. Will you fix this?

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

Hello, have you tried to do it from another browser? I’m not saying that fixes the problem, but it’s something that I would do.
