Can’t select anything FREE because I downgraded from Business back to Free

    I have completely trashed my WordPress Elementor website because I have already downgraded from ‘Business’ to ‘Free’, but I am not able to upload ANYTHING for free. I am prompted to upgrade all the time. And I can’t ask for desktop support to reset my account because that is a paid option. Can anyone out there help me please?

    Hi there, one thing that might be causing this issue is that it looks like your custom domain is still connected to your WordPress.com website. In order to set magnifiquemag.com as the primary domain on your site requires at least the Personal upgrade on WordPress.com

    Try making your underlying WordPress.com site address the Primary address in your Domains dashboard. https://wordpress.com/support/domains/set-a-primary-address/

    If that doesn’t solve it, and your Media Library has less than the limited storage available on a free site (depending on when you created your site, it’s either 1GB or the earlier 3GB), post back here and let us know.
