Can’t select database

    Hello,
    maybe you can help me with the problem I am facing at the moment. I am running my wordpress.org site on a localhost via MAMP. I updates MAMP with MAMP Pro and now i am can’t excess my WordPress site anymore. I get the error: Can’t select database. I have no idea how to fix it.
    I would very much appreciate your help.

    Hi Moritz,

    You are referring to the open source WordPress software made on WordPress.org. The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and it’s not possible to run WordPress.org locally using MAMP.

    Please ask for advice from the WordPress.org community instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re working with:
