Can’t set primary address apparently

I can’t use my site on mobile.
I keep getting a pop-up that reads “Please set a primary site.” Underneath it is another pop-up, reading “Failed to retrieve all domains. When I follow the directions in help, I find my default address is already marked “Primary site address” in green.
I can’t get beyond that page. And I suspect I won’t be able to until I set a primary site – which I already have.

Can you share the domain you’re working with please? The reason why I ask is because this banner would appear when a domain is being connected to WordPress.com from a domain registrar.
I’m currently not seeing a connected domain to this account.

Thanks. The reason you didn’t see a domain was because I posted on mobile and couldn’t access any part of my site there. I typed something like “I can’t do that here” in that field. I’m on desktop now, so here it is:

The reason you would be prompted to choose a primary site is if you have more than one domain under your account. The only domain you have now is tastelessone.wordpress.com which is why we wanted to know what other domain you were trying to add.
If you’re still having this problem, please take a screenshot of the problem in question. If you’re not familiar with how to take a screenshot, this support document will help explain how to make one:

Then, use a service like Snipboard.io to upload the screenshot and share the image link from that service here, and we’ll take a closer look.

I have the one domain. I’m not trying to add any more. I’m just trying to regain functionality of that single domain. Screenshot linked below.
