Can’t set the security for my site

  Here is my site: https://brucecutler.org

  I want to allows users to subscribe to my posts. Currently that’s not available. I did some research and it says that if my site is Private that people can’t subscribe.

  So I go to General/Security and all I see is the Security Policy page.

  How do I allow people to subscribe to my posts?
