can't set up blog with web adress

  I bought Cleaninglo.com from you yesterday but I can’t set up a blog with it. How can I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there! Cleaninglo.com was purchased on August 24, 2014. However, it wasn’t purchased with your user name, norabelleh.

  It appears as if you may have launched it with a different user account. Do you recall how to log in with it? Or, do you need assistance?

  Once you are able to log in with your other account, you can go to My Blog and open up that site in order to add/edit/maintain it.
