Can't share posts with facebook on my site

  Hi, I am having a problem for a month or so, that I can’t share posts of my site on facebook it gives me error 500 (server error), every time I try to share any post (in my computer and in different computers too),
  Here’s a screenshot of what happens when I try to share a post: http://i.imgur.com/FahEvC2.png

  If I try to do it on phone it opens the facebook and shows the post but the moment you try to publish it fails. Also when trying to share a shortened link.
  what might cause the problem and how to solve it?
