can't sign in the normal way

Hi, I can’t sign into my account the normal way. Whenever I try, I keep on getting the error message on a different page, but when asked again to supply my detials, the other page lets me in. I’ve tried everything, including checking CAPS and typing in one digit at a time, but I”m still having problems accessing my account.
