CAN’T SIGN IN TO NEW SITE – REDIRECTING TO PAGE

    We were making changes to our new site and set up a preview page. Now…the site will not simply go to the sign in page…we get this message >> Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site. ( I have made the webaddress ‘mynewwebaddress’ as the name is not launched yet. Obviously gridhosted is the web provider. We just want it to go to the normal address without all the gridhosted bits on the end.

    We can’t connect to the server at mynewwebaddress.com.gridhosted.co.uk.
    If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:

    Try again later.
    Check your network connection.
    If you are connected but behind a firewall, check that Firefox has permission to access the Web.

    The web address is not operatif.wordpress.com – it is a new address ( without wordpress in it )

    Obviously gridhosted is the web provider.

    If that’s the case, your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and we cannot help you with this.

    Please contact your hosting provider directly for help connecting the correct domain to your site.
