Can’t sign in with my login details

    Hello, I haven’t logged into my account for years. I have my login details (email address and password) saved on my computer, but when I try to sign in I’m asked to use my username instead of email address. When I do, I get a message saying my password is incorrect. The email address associated to my account is no longer in use and I can’t recover it, so I can’t try to reset my password. But I’m hoping it’s possible to sign in when I have all my login details…I’d appreciate some help! I’ve had this blog for a long time and don’t want to lose it. Thanks!

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I do remember the login information, but I’m still unable to sign in. Thanks for giving me the account recovery team email address, that’s really helpful! As it’s a bit of a strange situation, I’ll contact them directly.
