Can’t signup with a particular email on wordpress.com

Hi team,
I’m trying to sign up on WordPress.com using another email address, but I’m encountering an error during the process.
I need to create a WordPress.com account with this email so I can update its Gravatar. I already have a WordPress.org account associated with this email, and I’m not sure if that could be related to the issue.
Could you please help me resolve this?

Hi there, AFAIK ORG and Com do not share sign ins.
Did you already try logging in to WordPress.com with the email address you tried to sign up with?

Also, make sure you are entirely signed out of any other WordPress.com account you are currently signed in with.

— Yes, I tried logging also but it says user doesn’t exists and asking to signup.

OK, then, before we flag this for staff assistance, please share the relevant email here normally. It will be redacted from public view like this (email visible only to moderators and staff) but staff will be able to see it.

I tried adding my email in the reply but looks like system is not saving my reply when it contains email. How else I can share the email?

Okay, just to confirm, did the staff obtain my email address from my previous reply, even though it wasn’t saved?

Hello again, If you added your email to your forum reply, I would not think it was saved unless after submitting it said
(email visible only to moderators and staff)like in my above example.I suggest we wait for staff advice at this point.

Yes, this issue is now resolved. I was able to successfully create a new account using the email address that was previously causing the issue. You may mark this thread as resolved. -
