Can’t stand the new editor method

I have tried using it and I find it completely counter intuitive, so I’ve tried looking how to switch back to the old editor which seems not to work any more. I am struggling with writing anyway so I don’t need another obstacle.
So I’m left with the option only of leaving and finding a more intuitive type of platform so how do I export all my content?
