can't start blogging

  Hi,

  I created a blog (or I think I have created a blog) at: my blog
  It is written it is a test blog, no clue why. I just want to start with a first post.
  I went through a lot of help pages and never found why I’m stopped even before I can start.
  I suspect I have something wrong.
  If anybody knows how I could progress as I would like to share information about a French fantasy book site.
