Can't start over

  I am unable to access my website or the admin panel. I can’t cancel my domain associated with a wordpress.com site. There is no “tools” option and when I click on “upgrades” it takes me to “akismet.com” to create a new account. I own a domain hosted by a third party. Someone previously helped me set up a wordpress account, but there is no content. Now I’m ready to move forward with creating a website and I am unable to access the admin panel, add pages, etc. Yet I can not delete the old site and start fresh.

  You’ve reached support for the free blogs hosted at WordPress.com. The site you’ve indicated, kiddieupmilwaukee.com, is running a self-hosted/installed version of WordPress (using the free WordPress.org software).
