Can’t subscribe users
-
I want to post a subscribe form to mailing list on my wordpress.com blog but this is what I get when I post HTML: http://img713.imageshack.us/img713/4179/subu.png
It should look like this instead: http://img689.imageshack.us/img689/3952/sub2n.png
What’s wrong? Is there anything I need to know about posting HTML in wordpress?

What is the code you are trying to paste?
To show code in the forums, you must paste it between backticks:
backtick … … code … …backtick
The backtick is usually on the same key as the tilde ~ next to 1 -
… mailing list on my wordpress.com blog
I’m not aware of any mailing list codes that we can use on wordpress.com blogs and this same question has been posted twice in the last couple of days.

See also > http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/blog-subscription-widget/As Tess has said above we need you to post the code between backticks so we can examine it and give you an accurate answer. Do note that embed and iframe and form codes are stripped out by wordpress.com software to preserve security on this multi-user blogging platforms. See here for details > http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
