  As it doesn’t appear in this list:
  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-pricing-and-available-tlds/
  it can’t be registered here or transferred here. If you already own a domain with that extension you could keep it where it is and map it to a WordPress.com site with a paid plan.
