Can't switch from WordPress.com to WordPress.org

  Hi – a few days ago in the Forum I was told that I can’t use your transfer service for $197 because I have a premium theme. But I can temporarily change to a free theme, pay online for the service, and then switch back to my premium theme. So, I changed my site to a free theme, but the dropdown menu STILL has my site grayed out. I don’t want the free theme up there indefinitely because it’s not what site visitors are expecting from me. How long will I have to wait until I’m able to pay you for the transfer service and change back to my normal theme?
