can't tell if comment is spam or not

  What do you do with a comment that may or may not be spam and you just don’t know? I don’t want to ignore a real commenter but don’t want to acknowledge a spammer. The comment is from:

  IP: 45.58.50.63, 45.58.50.63
  E-mail: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  URL: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6xNKwa8uYk&feature=kp
