Can't tell source of stat anomaly on March 4. Source for page visits?

Can anyone explain the stats on my blog for March 4?
Anomaly re page views. No source can be determined except for “Sweden”?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

On March 4, 13, I had an abnormal increase in page views. I assume it was a glitch, since no hints in Stats except big visits from Sweden.??
Am I missing something on stats?

I am not staff, so I can’t see your stats. You need to tell me the stats, including stats for referrers.
