Can't transfer domain

  Hi, I would like to transfer a domain I have

  tmcycle.ie

  To the site on WordPress

  tmcycle.wordpress.com

  When I try to transfer the nameservers I get
  ns1.wordpress.com is not authoritative for zone tmcycle.ie

  I looked up the WordPress help and it says this can happen and WordPress may have to add a Zone Record, just get in contact with support.
  But I’m in a bit of a catch 22 there as support is for those with paid upgrades, but I can’t do the upgrade without the zone record.

  Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

  Hello there,
  Yes you will need a zone record and I have flagged this thread so Staff will provide it. Then you can use this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

  I have manually added a zone record for your domain.

  You should now be able to map it here following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
