Can't Transfer Domain because Can't Change Administrative Email
-
I am trying to transfer my domain which is currently on WordPress.com to Hostgator.com. I unlocked it for transfer, got the EPP code, and put the information into Hostgator. When I try to checkout, the progress bar indicating the progress of the transfer does not move.
When I contacted Hostgator, they sent:
I see the domain administrative contact is not yet recorded as approving the transfer request.
I have resent the domain transfer approval request to the Administrative Contact Email Address of havefoodwillcook.com. ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) Accept or reject the Transfer Authorisation Request by clicking the link in that mail.
The thing is, I don’t have access to (email visible only to moderators and staff). I tried to change the public contact record to my email, and that worked fine, but the “Administrative Contact Email” is still apparently this one which I don’t have access to.
My question is, how do I change the administrative email contact?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Okay, I see some stuff got redacted. Basically, the email address they mentioned is one I do not have access to.
