  Hi @marieantoinettecph, there are a few steps — you’ll need the code, but you’ll also need to click the authorization link in an email. The domain will need to be unlocked, too.

  Can you let us know where you’re getting stuck? Are you getting any errors, and if so, could you share them here?

  You can also reach out to your current registrar to see if there’s something on that end holding things up.
