Can't Transfer Domain or Cancel Private Registration

  Hi,

  I’m trying to transfer my domain to another registrar (Godaddy) and I have received my transfer codes from Godaddy but I’m unable to get the authorization codes I need from WordPress.

  The relevant support page seems to be out of date as I can’t recognise the interface in the screenshots.

  I can’t see any mention of the domain lock, or anything mentioning domain transfer. I’ve tried to cancel private registration under my upgrades but it doesn’t seem to change anything.

  All I can think is just to wait and see if I get an email with the authorization codes but I need to launch the new site ASAP! If anyone could help I would really appreciate it!

  Bump!

  Any help on this would be really appreciated, I’m currently locked into my domain and there’s no obvious way to initiate a transfer!
