Can't Transfer Domain Registration Away from WordPress.com

  Hello, I want to transfer my domain registration of danilrudoy.com to GoDaddy, but I could not follow the steps I found online because danilrudoy.com does not appear under “My Domains” in my dashboard. What do I need to do to successfully move the domain to GoDaddy in as little time as possible? Thank you.

  Hi there. Your domain’s WhoIs data shows your domain expired a week ago. I don’t think you’ll be able to transfer that domain until you’ve renewed it first. I’ll tag this for staff to confirm.

  Hello, thank you for your reply. I have no problem renewing the domain registration before transferring, but for some reason I cannot do that in the Dashboard. Could you help me renew? Thank you.
