Can't transfer domain to another registrar

I’m attempting to move my domain to Namecheap. I’m following the directions found at: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/. However, the directions in this article don’t match up with what I’m seeing on my screen.
The article says that there should be a Domain Administration area. I cannot find that. I have access to “Manage Domain Subscriptions”, “Edit DNS”, and “Manage Emails”. Edit DNS is the only one that really allows me to do anything. But there’s not a “Transfer ownership to another registrar” option that I can find anywhere like it says in the article.
How can I access this information for my domain? It seems like you recently performed a redesign that hasn’t yet been reflected in your support articles.
