Can't transfer domain to another registrar… no "Domain Administration" in dash

I am trying to transfer my domain (harrrp.ca) to another registrar. The registrar (Crocweb) is asking for an EPP code to confirm the transfer. I have looked up the guides on WP and the how to’s on transferring your domain, and they describe many options I simply do not have on my dashboard. When I go to store —> Domains, there is no “Domain Administration” Options. In fact, it looks like this:
Can Someone help me? The domain is hosted with WP.

Even when you click on the edit DNS link, it still doesn’t provide you with the information you need. There is no drop down menu like the support link describes.

I’m having the same problem, if you come up with an answer please post how you found it!!

What evanburt said… edit DNS doesn’t provide you with anything that you need. The support links are either out of date or WP is broken.

I figured it out… the domain name was registered under another host and simply MAPPED to wordpress.

@evanburt – you need to be logged in as the EXACT user that owns an upgrade to work with the upgrade – also the upgrade really needs to be on WordPress.COM
Is there another account you might have used to buy what ever upgrade you want to work with? What is the exact upgrade and any domain names?
