Can't transfer domain with 12 hour deadline- no support available?

    I have a domain I bought on wordpress and it’s been transferred to Wix and Kajabi and now trying to get it to Dashclicks.

    So lost, nothing is working and no support available. In 12 hours I have a client logging on and giving them a walk through of the new platform and I don’t know what to do now.

    Wix had phone support but they couldn’t help me.

    Is there any tech support here?

    Hi there,

    The domain, social-gains.com, shows as in progress of being transferred to me, so I’m not sure what the issue is here. Domain transfers take about a week to complete, at which point you’ll be able to manage it at your new provider. We also sent an email yesterday when you started the transfer. If you click the link in that email you should be able to manually accept the transfer to have it complete faster.

    If you mean you’re unable to get the domain to show your new site, that is because the domain is still pointed to WordPress.com at the moment. To have it show the new site, you need to update the name servers to point to the new host’s servers, but that cannot be done while a transfer is in progress. You either needed to do that before starting the transfer, but as you didn’t you’ll now have to wait for the transfer to complete before making that change on the new domain provider’s end.
