can't transfer my domain – no customer service

    Apparently my domain has been deleted and the DNS codes are missing. I am very upset as I have been trying for a couple of days to get this to work. Now I was going to transfer the domain name but now it seems to be gone although it still shows on my wordpress.com account. HELP.
    I have gotten no response for anything here and would like to cancel everything but I need the original domain I registered.

    I can see that you purchased your domain through wordpress.com here WHOIS

    Although timelysolutions.net has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers. If your domain is mapped to a self-hosted site, then your configuration may be fine as currently set up.

    Will you please clarify exactly what you want to do?
    Your name servers are as follows:

    NS1.DREAMHOST.COM
    NS2.DREAMHOST.COM
    NS3.DREAMHOST.COM

    Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades is where you do the primary blog set up knowing it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.

    I actually want to keep using wordpress.com but I can’t seem to get anything to work properly. I don’t use dreamhost at all. And don’t want to, personally. I want to use WordPress.com for a business website but not necessarily a blog. I can figure all that out in time but I just need to have it working correctly for now (or in the next few days). I also seem to have lost my mailboxes I had set up too. (Am I really this stupid?!!).
    Thanks for any help you can offer.

If your domain is mapped to a self-hosted site, then your configuration may be fine as currently set up. If you wish to host your site at WordPress.com, you will need to update your nameservers as outlined below. /

    We require that your name server configuration include only the following servers or their numeric equivalents:

    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    NS1.DREAMHOST.COM
    NS2.DREAMHOST.COM
    NS3.DREAMHOST.COM
    If you have access to change the nameservers for this domain, please remove all nameservers not on the required list above.

    Hi there,

    Please note that everything @timethief has stated is correct. However, note that the domain: timelysolutions.net is also pointing to a site that has been permanently deleted.

    To create a new site in an existing account, check out the guide below:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/#adding-new-site to-an-existing-account

    Once you create that, reply back with the site URL and I can pointing your domain mapping to this new site.

    Please note you will still have to update the nameservers to us as @timethief stated.
