Can't transfer my domain to A2 hosting

i’ve unlocked my domain, got a EPP code and asked A2 hosting to help me transfer my domain from wordpress.com to A2 hosting.
they told me on 2/10 that “the domain is currently in the process of being released by the registry”. however, 5 days later, they told me that “The current registrar has rejected transfer”
can’t anyone tell me if i did anything wrong? or what can i do so that i can do the domain transfer?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Also, please note you’ll want to transfer your site content separately. Since you have a Business plan, there are a handful of nice options for backing everything up and moving it over.

sure! i sent it to A2 hosting and they informed me the domain was under transfer. however, five days later they told me the registrar rejected the transfer!
and your party told me that there would be a confirmation, but i didn’t received any notification! -
To be able to transfer your domain, you have to turn the Privacy Protection off. Go to Upgrades > Domains and click on your domain. Then click on Contacts and Privacy and toggle the Privacy Protection option off.
Once privacy protection is off, initiate the transfer again.
