Can’t transfer one of my blogs to a different account

  Hello, I have tried 3 times already but I cannot transfer my site, (heartsfrommaria2.wordpress.com) to a different account with a different email. I follow the steps correctly and I get the confirmation emails as well but nothing happens and I stay with both sites on one account when that is not what I want. Can anyone help?

  If you’re still running into issues, what happens when you click the “Authorize transfer” button from the confirmation link? Which page loads?
