Can’t Transfer Starter Package Plan To Other WordPress

I opened up a WordPress account to host my website as well as another person’s. This included upgrading to the Starter Package for their website. After I realized they were going to work on it instead of me, I didn’t like that they would have to use my login and password. So I tried separating their website from mine: First I transferred the Domain I got for them to the other WordPress site (which I also created and set up). That went smooth. But I can’t change WordPress to use the Domain as the default because it wants me to pay for a Starter Package Plan that I already did pay for from the previous WP site. So I did all the steps to transfer the Plan I paid for to the new WP site but nothing has changed: When I go to Upgrades it shows I’m STILL on the Free Plan. And when I type in the domain that I transferred, it redirects me to the Free WordPress Domain (i.e. yoursite.wordpress.com instead of yoursite.com)

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

I paid for the Starter Package using HakomiHouseMinistry.WordPress.com and want to transfer it to the free HakomiHouseMinistryOrg.WordPress.com on another account that I created. I already transferred the Domain HakomiHouseMinistry.org which works fine, except that it redirects to HakomiHouseMinistryOrg.WordPress.com because it’s not transferring the Plan I paid for using HakomiHouseMinistry.WordPress.com

This is the original poster hakomihouseministrygmailcom using another account. Just so you know I don’t need help anymore, I figured it out.
