Can't turn the new editor off!

Sorry, macmanx- don’t intend to change my habits to suit one cookie.
Entirely OT/
@tt-loving the new set of gravatars. :) -
No worries, I understand. If you habitually delete all of your cookies, that’s fine. What I meant was, if you are specifically deleting only the editor cookie, don’t be surprised if you go back to the new editor. :)
It’s why I have the classic editor bookmarked myself. ;)

Thank you. After 8 years I figured my followers might like to see what I look like just in case I’m suddenly gone. -
My suggestion for server-side still counts as well :) However, it seems that I can create exceptions in CCleaner. Is the cookie domain name wordpress.com or wp.com? www, http or https? The tool is asking for a domain when I want to create an exception. Which exact address is delivering the cookie?

Not working anyhow. I did try…
wordpress.com
https://wordpress.com/
http://wordpress.com/
http://www.wordpress.comIt´s either a CCleaner issue or can it be that it´s different for custom domains? Is it maybe delivered through my blog domain? But I think that makes no sense since the dashboard is loaded through wordpress.com logically.
For now I will create a Firefox icon with your workaround macmanx. But I still hope this will be a server setting soon. I still think that it shouldn´t be stored via cookies.

Ah, it is very different for custom domains, they don’t save the cookie, which is why I’m pushing for a normal setting instead. :)
For now, you can bookmark [your-blog]/wp-admin/edit.php to edit and publish posts in the classic editor.
