Can't unlock, and transfer a WP.com purchased domain
-
Why don’t I have the option to unlock and transfer out this domain? I purchased it months ago on WP.com

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I assume you are trying to use the domain outside of WordPress.com, hosting your site elsewhere. Have you looked over the options in this article and taken the steps listed?

Correct. That link takes me to this page here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/ There I’m told to go to “Domain Management” (For me it’s: https://wordpress.com/my-domains/38583327)
However when I go there, I only have two options (not five as the guide describes) —neither of which is “Transfer Domain”. The only options are to “Edit DNS” and “Email”.
What gives? I need the “Transfer Domain” button. (I’ve owned the domain for several months, and it’s been controlled by WP.com the whole time, so the 60 day restriction should not be a reason).
Any help here would be great. Thanks.

Hi there!
Although cmtvblog.com and cmtvnews.com are both mapped to WordPress.com, they were actually registered through another provider. You’ll therefore need to transfer those domains away from the provider you register them through, not WordPress.com.
From the publicly available WHOIS information available for each domain, it seems they were registered through Name.com:
http://who.is/whois/cmtvblog.com
http://who.is/whois/cmtvnews.com
Let me know if that helps or if you have any extra questions.
