Can’t unsubscribe

    Hello, when I want to unsubscribe from WordPress personal plan, in my Purchases section there is no biling history or any information, nonetheless wordpress is automatically biling me every month. I would like a refund, since I can’t manually turn off this plan. Thank you. Will be waiting your reply ASAP.

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
