  Hi,

  I have problems with updating my credit card details. ‘Manage purchase’ button is unclikable. Plese tell me the other options.

  Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the site and purchased the upgrades for it?

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account log out of this account, clear your browser cache and cookies, and then log in under the correct account.

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to change the payment details.
