Can’t Update Categories

  On my blog, http://hiptics.com I am unable to turn sub-categories into parent categories. For example, under “Hip-Hop” (parent) there is “Reviews”. When i try to make Reviews it’s own category and click save I get this message: categories not updated.

  I would appreciate some help/feedback. Thanks!

  If someone knew the answer they would have replied.

  I just tried it in my test blog and just as you found I was unable to change it back.
