Can't update credit card

  My credit card has expired and needs to be updated. When I go to the Edit Payment Information page the fields are greyed out and there is no way to enter information.

  Are you logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the site and purchased upgrades for it? That is required.

  Yes I am logged in. When I go to Manage Purchases it shows me that the CC expired in November and has a like titled Please update your payment information. When I click on the link it take me to a page with all the fields greyed out and no way to change anything.

  It shouldn’t be this hard to give them money.
