Can't update credit card info

    Hi there – I’m sure someone has had this problem, but please help. I got the email that my credit card was expiring. Clicked the link, and it took me to my wordpress site (it’s a blog hosted by wordpress, and I think I’m a premium customer since I have my own domain, which I also purchased through WP.)

    I click on all the right things: profile > manage purchases > payment methods > add payment method.

    Then I get an alert: You must be logged in before you can add a new credit card.

    But here’s the thing: I’M LOGGED IN.

    Anyone?

    Hi there!

    What browser are you using? You are indeed logged in, as you wouldn’t be able to post on these forums.

    It sounds like it may be a browser issue, maybe related to third-party cookies. Could you try a different browser and see if that helps?
