Can't update header or widgets

I have two WordPress sites and I haven’t had any trouble updating my headers or widgets in the past. Now for some reason I can’t update my header or widgets on one of the sites. When I go to the Appearance section and click on Header, it just goes to a screen that has a dead link to editing Google Analytics. When I click on Widgets, I don’t see any of my current widgets listed. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
